Because of the scope of coverage you will not have dead zones or comms drop outs. With no licences required and no complex infrastructure to maintain then establishing such a system is less complex and less expensive than a conventional system.
TASSTA is a German based telecommunications company and is the acknowledged industry leader for PTT. The TASSTA system offers a secure platform with full encryption of all signalling functions. Being based on WiFi and Cellular broadband data, it will use existing infrastructure either in the form of any internal WiFi network, or the public cellular data infrastructure. TASSTA systems also provide interoperability to other technology such as digital two-way radio via secure gateways.
