What’s included in Radio as a Service:

- The two-way radio handset, battery & antenna
- Battery chargers (choose from multi or single)
- Repeaters if required
- Radio frequency licence (provided by Ofcom)
- Replacements and repairs
- Technical support

Plus, every 4 years we’ll replace all of your radios so you always get to enjoy maximum performance.

What it costs:

The fixed cost will be bespoke to your requirements and will start from £23.00 per radio per month.

If we determine you need an on-site system, which we refer to as a repeater, to achieve the required radio coverage, the cost for this starts from £140.00 per month.

As an example based on the costs above, if you have 10 radios and a single repeater, your cost will be £340.00 per month.

Injecting scalability into your tailored needs:

With Radio as a Service it is easy to scale up as needed in response to your changing requirements. Based on the example above, should you need 5 more handsets your monthly cost will rise by £115.00. With RaaS you remain in complete control.

Our quibble free approach to replacements and repairs:

Should a piece of equipment break or get lost, we’ll arrange for next day replacement or repair at no additional cost, it’s all included in the single RaaS payment.

To further enhance your experience of our Radio as a Service solution you’ll have access to our secure web portal that’s personalised just for you. From here you can report issues, manage your contract, download training material, and keep updated on any planned service visits or maintenance windows.

And remember, as we monitor everything remotely, we’ll do everything we can to address issues before they even arise.

With Radio as a Service, you pay a fixed cost per radio per month which includes everything needed to give you the level of radio coverage you require; this can be paid monthly, quarterly or annually as you’d prefer.

The cost is determined based on a range of factors that are unique to your organisation including the number of users, radio license costs and the size of the coverage area; we’ll discuss this with you in detail during the planning stages.
