THE G6 DIFFERENCE
One of the reasons that our customers come back to us is because they know we will look after them. Lots of companies talk about customer service but all many of them really want to do is sell you a product and then move on to the next sale.
We don’t really think that is particularly good either for you the customer or for us. It’s not good for you because if the person selling you the item doesn't really take the time to understand your business, how can they possibly know if they are giving you the right thing? And it isn’t good for us because if you don’t feel looked after and appreciated, chances are you will go somewhere else next time you want to buy something.
Businesses often complain about losing customers, or that a competitor has ‘stolen’ one of their best clients but that is nonsense. As long as customers are getting what they want from a supplier i.e. fair price, good advice, good service and ongoing support, there is no reason for them to look elsewhere. They only move when the supplier fails in one of those areas; so it is never the fault of the competition or the customer, it is always the fault of the supplier.
When you buy from us we will:
- Provide you with impartial and balanced advice
- We will never try to sell you something more than you need or something you don’t need at all, but we will make suggestions based on our understanding of your requirements
- If asked, make all licensing arrangements for you, to ensure you are operating your equipment legally, for which we charge a sensible fee
- Charge the batteries of all portable radios prior to shipping them to you (time permitting)
- Remove and recycle all packaging that you don’t require; if you want the boxes then that is fine but if you don’t we will dispose if them for you
- Programme all radios either with your own frequencies or with our frequencies; this means that, even if you don’t yet have your own licence, you can operate your equipment legally from day 1 whilst we get the licence sorted out for you
- Keep you informed of developments in our industry that may be of interest and benefit to you
- Provide training to you and your team on how to use your equipment; more detailed courses are also available covering radio programming and other technical aspects, ask us for more information
- If you plan to programme your own radios we will give you free radio programming leads when you order more than ten radios

- Never bother you again if you tell us that is what you want (but we hope you won’t)!
